2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Subscription & Service Cancellation

• Customers may cancel their subscription or service at any time through their account settings in the platform or by submitting a written request to [[email protected]].
• Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and customers will continue to have access to the services until that period ends.
• No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the billing period.

2.2 Enterprise & Custom Services

• For enterprise clients with custom AI solutions, cancellation terms will be governed by the individual contract agreement.
• Early termination fees may apply if cancellation occurs before the agreed-upon contract period.

3. No Refund Policy

Eonverse AI maintains a strict no-refund policy under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Subscription fees for any active period, whether fully or partially used.
• One-time setup fees, onboarding fees, and integration costs.
• Custom AI model training and software development costs once the project has started.
• Any services that have already been delivered and utilized by the customer.

Note: Customers can cancel their subscription anytime, but no refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

4. Modifications to the Policy

Eonverse AI reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or published on our website.
